Bodily injustice takes many forms — it can emerge from intimate relationships, social manipulation, structural power, and the quiet violence of norms we are taught to accept without question. This vocabulary exists to help us name what we face: the mechanisms of control, the erosions of self, and the systems that tell certain bodies they do not belong.
Healing is not a straight line. It moves three steps forward and two steps back. That is why not every word here points toward light — some name the wound before naming its remedy. We offer these terms to sit with the full complexity of what reclaiming a body, and a life, actually demands.
